Casefile 011A - Video/Action for Ruins of Alph, backdated to Friday evening
[For today's broadcast, Harry has holed up somewhere in the ruins outside Violet City. His bag is held in his lap, and sharp-eyed trainers might be able to spot the Absol egg peeking out through the top. Bic, his Quilava, is resting beside him on the ground.]
Why is it that every time I try to leave this city, Pokemon start swarming like crows going after Tippi Hedren? Am I just unlucky or is there some cosmic force that really, REALLY wants me to tour the Bellsprout tower again?
[It probably says something about Harry's life that he actually stops to consider this for a moment before continuing.]
At least they're not attacking the way the Growlithe were, but I'd rather not risk traveling through them just yet. So we're camping tonight.
[A load roar comes from offscreen, and Harry looks up with mild interest. Anyone listening close or who are familiar enough might be able to identify it as the cry of a Gyarados.]
At least Butters is having fun, it looks like.

Re: [video]
[Very solemn and serious, obviously.]
Besides, this is Johto. We can make money by forcing small animals to breed and participate in supernatural dogfighting.

If you take that slant, it hardly sounds noble.
Re: [video]
Well, the description does lose some ground when you consider that the small animals in question seem to enjoy it more than the people do.

True enough.
