Casefile 008A - Video/Action for Goldenrod City

[The feed opens with a tired-looking Harry. His duster is sporting several new suspiciously-purple stains on the leather, but he looks none the worse for the wear, at least in terms of the recent Rocket shenanigans.]

All right, I give up.

[Obviously not easy for him to say. He's looking pretty frustrated.]

...Does anyone have any advice on actually catching these things? I've been trying to catch an -I think they're called Abra- for weeks now. I've been trying to put them to sleep or paralyze them with Campbell, but it doesn't seem to matter. They either teleport away before my guys can get a real shot off, or I get zapped up into the air and dropped from about ten feet.

[That's been happening a lot lately, actually. He's beginning to suspect that one Abra in particular has been stalking him just to mess with him in retribution for an attempted capture.]

Thought I'd finally caught one the other day, but-

Dile.

[Harry looks at something to his right for a second.]

What?

Sandile.

Is that-? GET THAT OUT OF YOUR MOUTH!

[Harry dives offscreen for a moment, and there's the sound of a struggle. Muffled Pokemon cries and growling indicates that whatever his Sandile has, it doesn't want to let go of easily.]

[When Harry reappears, he's awkwardly holding an oozing Ditto, which seems no worse for the wear from its apparent stint as Sandile-gum.]

All I got was this thing. So yeah, I'm open for suggestions from people who are actually competent at this stuff.

[Smoker, on the other hand is not so mature, so there's a slightly amused face as he tries to hold back a laugh.]

They have them there. I think it's the 2nd floor or whatever.

Re: [video] The awkward moment when you thought you tagged something but you hadn't... my bad!

Fast pokemon, yes. The sooner you throw them the better they work. Timer balls are the opposite.

Johto-headache. All you need to know is that it works to catch some things like Abra that try to run away instantly. Forget the rest.

Pretty much everything here is insane like that.
